Who We Are
Candice Wright, LPC-S, IMH-E®is a licensed professional counselor and endorsed infant mental health specialist with extensive experience supporting clinicians, families, and early childhood systems. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to reflective practice, relationship-based care, and the belief that supporting those who care for others is essential to meaningful and sustainable clinical work.
Candice has served in leadership roles within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, where she developed and oversaw infant and early childhood mental health services. Through this work, she gained a strong understanding of the complex realities clinicians and organizations face, including the challenges of maintaining clinical quality, supporting staff well-being, and implementing developmentally informed practices within larger systems of care.
Through Holding Space Consulting, Candice provides reflective supervision, clinical supervision, and organizational consultation for professionals working with infants, young children, and families. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with systems-level insight, creating space for thoughtful exploration of clinical work while also supporting practical, sustainable implementation within organizations.
Candice is particularly passionate about supporting reflective capacity in clinicians and leaders, recognizing that the ability to pause, think, and remain curious in the face of complexity is foundational to effective practice. She brings a calm, grounded presence to her work, creating environments where professionals feel supported, challenged, and able to grow.
Her work is informed by principles of infant and early childhood mental health, attachment, trauma-informed care, and reflective supervision. She partners with both individual clinicians and organizations to strengthen relationships, deepen clinical understanding, and build systems that support both providers and the families they serve.
Candice lives in Oklahoma and is passionate about supporting clinicians and organizations across the state and beyond through reflective, relationship-centered work.
